نويت صوم يوم الاثنين سنة الله تعالى

Nawaitoo sawma yawmul ithnaini sunaatan lillahi ta'ala

Meaning: "I intend to fast on Monday, sunnah just for Allah."

• The Intention of Thursday fasting

نويت صوم يوم الخميس سنة الله تعالى

Nawaitoo sawma yawmul khamisi sunaatan lillahi ta'ala
Meaning: "I intend to fast on Thursday, sunnah just for Allah."
