Health Benefit of Fasting

Fasting is yearly traditions which practiced every year by Islam adherents. They practice it 29 until 30 days a year. And besides that, there are some health benefits that can we got if we do fasting.

As you know, health is the main controller of our body that we will not life without health. Health also act as our successor. Why? because we can bought medicine, but we can't to bought health. And you must know! People can success if they were healthy!

The health benefits of fasting are:
  • Promotes weight-loss
  • Promotes healthy diet
  • Boosts Immunity
  • May help to Overcome addictions
  • Increases fat breakdown
From the five points above, you can get conclusion! Fasting is healthy for our body. If you want to loss your weight, this act is very good in fact. But remember,
Do not fasting as more as you want!
Because you will get diseases if you too more fasting. Do fasting in the standard level!

What is standard level?
Standard level is do everything not too much, and not too less.
