How to Make a Patty



Do you know patty? In Indonesia, patty is a cake contains shredded beef. And today I will share how to make it.

Because my blog's motto is A Simple Blog with Many Knowledges, I will share it to the Culinary Label.

Recently, my mother is making a patty and she wants I to save the recipe. And I prefer save it to this blog!

History
In the past until now, I love to eat patty cake. Because it's so delicious! Then, my mother has an idea to make patty cakes as much as she want. At least 50 until 100 cakes made in a day!

Recipe

Ingredients:
  • Wheat flour @ 500 grams
  • Chicken egg @ 1 grain
  • Butter @ 250 grams reduced by 2 tablespoons
  • Masako @ 1 sachet - Rp500 | or you can change it to any seasoning in your country
Chicken Taste of Masako Rp500

  • Water @ 1 cup
Important: The main recipe is without any salt

How to Make:  
  1. Prepare dough container.
  2. Heat the margarine.
  3. Stir egg with seasoning [ Masako ].
  4. Put melted butter in.
  5. Put water in.
  6. Then, stir everything in the dough container.
  7. Put wheat flour in.
  8. Knead until smooth.
  9. Make small balls from the dough!
  10. Then, from the small ball, stretch it until looks like a plate.
  11. Fill the shredded beef to the stretched ball!
  12. Connect between the stretched ball until the shredded beef is unseen!
  13. Decorate like the image on the top of this post!
  14. Repeat from the number 10 after the dough is over.
  15. Fry in the frying pan! 


Simple isn't it? For beginner, it's look so difficult. But keep trying! Failure is the first of success! :)
