DIURETIC FOODS

A diuretic is any substance that decrease the excess body fluids and take them out by urine.
The foods which has diuretic efficacy are:
  • Asparagus

Asparagus contains substances that act as a diuretic, neutralize ammonia that makes us tired, and protect small blood vessels from rupturing. Its fiber content makes it a laxative, too.
  • Tomato
Tomato has Vitamin C that helps our body to take out excessive fluids and keep metabolism.
  • Melon

Melon is fruit which has high water, potassium and sodium which can remove toxic from our body and stimulate the production of urine.

PS:
Do not eat foods above when you are fasting. Because your body will not have any fluids when fasting.
